Our History.
Physician Skin Services (PSS) was founded over 20 years ago and grounded on three core values: passion, excellence and client-centered experience. 

PSS creates a treatment plan that addresses aesthetic goals while taking into account the client’s general health and any underlying medical conditions. From the initial consultation to our availability for post-procedure assistance, we make the process convenient for our clients. 

We address all aspects of each patient, medical as well as aesthetic, with products and procedures combining the newest and most efficacious skin care options and treatments to create unparalleled, visible results.

Our Team.

Annika Crosby

MD, Owner

  • Meet Annika

    Dr. Annika Crosby is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School and has worked in Internal Medicine since 1993. She did her Internal Medicine residency, including an additional year as a Chief Medical Resident, at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Her work in the medical field includes experience in a medical clinic, more than 15 years as a hospitalist caring for acutely ill patients, and ongoing work in post-acute care for medically ill patients. Dr. Crosby has received extensive training in dermal fillers, neuromodulators, and laser treatments in the US and Canada, and has teamed with prominent dermatologists to publish research in the field of dermatology.


    Dr. Crosby is certified in teaching and training aesthetic procedures including: Threads, Fillers, Neurotoxins, and Laser.


    Dr. Crosby’s goal at Physician Skin Services is to treat each patient as a whole, taking a clinical approach for all procedures that recognizes and addresses individual desires and medical needs.

Bill Joy

RN

  • Meet Bill

    Bill Joy, RN, has worked in aesthetic skin care for the past 20 years. He has received extensive training in the U.S. and abroad, holds innumerable training certificates in aesthetic skin care, and has been involved in the development of cosmetic skin care products. Bill specializes in dermal fillers, neuromodulators and laser treatment. He continually evaluates new information about procedures and products so he can guide clients in choosing and tailoring the best treatment program for their needs. His commitment to exceptional customer service and keen attention to details has resulted in a loyal following of clients not only locally, but throughout the U.S. Bill is highly regarded throughout the US as one of the top injectors in the country, and is always current on the latest technology and procedures.

Anita Anderson

  • Meet Anita

    My name is Anita Anderson. I graduated from the university of Minnesota with a sociology degree. After graduating I was a Retail Buyer here in Minneapolis then moved to Chicago to continue my career. My husband and I made a decision when we became parents for me to stay home with our two boys, Xander and Georgie. It’s has been so much fun watching them grow into young boys, but now they are school aged and I’m ready to start a new career with Physician Skin Services. I have always been passionate about working with people, and I absolutely love skin rejuvenating. I am excited to work with the Nurses, Doctors and clients learning and growing with this company. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. I love to travel, go to the cabin and cheering my boys on at all their sports and activities.
